Mill Tech is a full-service manufacturer. We provide all your millwork needs from institutional casework custom reception desk and nurse's stations to trim and custom millwork items. Mill Tech works with wood, plastic laminate and is an approved fabricator of all solid surface materials. Everything Mill Tech manufacturers is installed in house to maintain the quality its customer expect.
Mill Tech's lead-times are based on the size of the project and the current production schedule. Most projects can be produced within 4-6 weeks. Mill Tech provides shop drawings produced by our Drafting and Engineering department for approval to meet your needs on the job. We work together to adjust to schedule requirements and meet your deadlines on time.
Mill Tech consistently looks to improve cabinet manufacturing methods to meet or exceed your specifications. Materials are constantly changing and developing. Casework is not limited to one supplier, so options are greater. We provide cabinets and millwork with laminate lines such as Formica®, Pionite®, Nevaman® or Wilsonart® and are approved fabricator for the solid surface materials Corian®, Fountainhead®, Surrell® and Avonite®. Drawer options range from the clean look of melamine, to a full metal housed drawer product such as Metabox®. All hardware has a lifetime warranty.
Mill Tech recognizes that some projects require value engineering and works within your budget. Mill Tech has developed four casework lines that meet most specifications. The following specifications range from the simple, to the deluxe institutional casework. Please note that some cabinet specifications may be altered slightly to meet your needs.
